Success Story - A.F.

As part of this course, I wrote up all of my overts (non-survival actions) having to do with all of the bad things that I have done in my life. Lord knows I have done a lot of bad. This exercise has given me the ability to see the past as it is and to return to responsibility in all areas of my life. Now I would like to tell you about a few things I have caused to turn good in my life. Thank you to the place which saved my life, and its supportive, caring, and professional staff.

When I arrived on January 18, 2007 I weighed 138 lbs and I am now 182 lbs. and in great shape. In addition, in January I could only bench about 100lbs. and now I can bench press 225 lbs. This is great but even better is the fact that I no longer use drugs and have no craving to do so. I have no further use for Cocaine, Heroin, Pain Medications, or Psychiatric Medications. Before, I could not live one day with out all of these toxic substances.

A few years ago I fell four stories and broke 54 bones in my body. The doctors said that I would be on pain medications for the rest of my life. They were wrong and I am without pain as a result of doing the Sauna Detoxification. The product of doing the life skills courses is that I have been able to deal with the death of my Fiancée and to realize that I must be responsible and be there for my three year old son who I love very much and who needs a healthy Father.

I cannot thank my parents enough for providing me with this opportunity and never giving up on me. Now, I am ready to be there for my Son and his Mother permanently. Even though I am still faced with many challenging issues and problems I am prepared and ready to confront them.

I feel like a person again, not just a person but a happy person who is a part of society!
